Chief Executive Officer opportunity located in Las Vegas, NV. Seeking immediate hire!

Salary: $180,000 - $210,000/annually

• 30% stock and 40% bonus (potential for $300,000 total comp)
  

Chief Executive Officer Opportunity:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the policies and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff, as well as Joint Commission standards
  
• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance the hospitals’ performance
  
• Provide motivation and celebrate the achievements of your team along the way
  
• Take responsibility for the patient census and actively participate in marketing services within the community
  
• 10-12 direct reports
  

Chief Executive Officer Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field
  
• Chief Executive Officer must have five years of management experience in a healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior management position
  
• Experience with budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development
  
• Must have leadership experience in SNF, post-acute, or hospital
  

Las Vegas Location:

• Known for its world-class entertainment, including concerts, Cirque du Soleil shows, magic acts, and comedy performances
  
• Home to iconic casinos like the Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and MGM Grand, offering gambling, luxury, and vibrant nightlife
  
• A famous 4.2-mile stretch packed with themed hotels, massive resorts, and dazzling neon lights
