We're looking for a motivated and dependable Residential Generator Installation, Maintenance & Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you have electrical experience, enjoy solving mechanical problems, and take pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service, we'd like to hear from you.

What We Provide:

• Paid certification and training for Kohler and Generac generators
• 2 days of online training
• 3 days of in-person classroom training

• Daily project details
• Jobsite addresses
• Clock-in/clock-out capabilities
• Task management

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential standby generators ranging from 14kW to 48kW.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and service calls.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate job documentation using the Workyard app.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch break
• Participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call service schedule is required.

Qualifications:

• Electrical experience is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Professional appearance and willingness to wear the company uniform daily.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with a structured, step-by-step approach to completing work efficiently and accurately.
• Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
