Lawsuit Against Private Mini Storage

Sosa-Morris Neuman Attorneys at Law represent a "manager" employed by Private Mini Storage who was not paid for all hours worked.   The manager was paid a salary and no overtime.  The manager alleges that no exemption applies to her which would prevent her from receiving overtime pay as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Sosa-Morris Neuman Attorneys at Law has filed the lawsuit against Private Mini Storage as a collective action and will ask the court to allow additional "managers" to join the case.  You can read the lawsuit below.
