Lawsuit Against ACE NDT, LLC
Sosa-Morris Neuman Attorneys at Law represent Non-Destructive Testing Technicians employed by ACE NDT, LLC who were not paid for all hours worked. Originally, the Technicians claim they were not paid for drive time in between jobs. After a while ACE NDT began to pay for the drive time, but did not include the drive time in the calculation of overtime. Sosa-Morris Neuman Attorneys at Law has filed the lawsuit against ACE NDT, LLC as a collective action and will ask the court to allow additional Technicians to join the case.
